She gave me the phone number of Mary Grant. Mary and I met and got to know one another, but it was several months later before I decided I was ready to place my home up for sale. Mary proved from our first meeting that she knew the real estate business . She won my trust after listening to me and then coming up with a recommended plan. When I met with her several months later my needs and goals had changed. She proved to be devoted to me as her client. Her patience and flexibility in helping me understand the market were key to our success. She did not dictate to me, but shared with me facts about the market and supported it all in detail with a portfolio of homes currently on the market, the pluses and minuses of my house and the best way to present it. She worked with my schedule, never failing to adjust to me as the client. Long and short of it, we had three offers in about 5 days after it was placed on the market. She worked with me to get all the details attended to, was a liaison as we worked out the issues and challenges with perspective buyers. She never got edgy, even if I was feeling the pressure.
